Skating Procedures for teams and players during try-outs

Just a reminder to all teams and players, if a player is intending to skate with a different team or teams are allowing other players to skate at their try-outs then a “permission to skate” form must be completed.  If a player is moving to a different team, then they must complete a “release form” or have their last year’s card signed at the back by their old team.  These forms must be in the hands of the coach or manager of the team running the try-out and must be available for the Hockey Alberta representative.  Completed forms can be faxed to Chuk at 478-3948.

It is Chuk’s intention to observe some of the try-outs and she can request a copy of the forms to ensure that everyone is legal.

These forms can be obtained on the Hockey Alberta website.  Press “Hockey” on the top toolbar and then click on “Female”.  Scroll to the bottom of the provincial results and press on “click here for a list of female forms”.
